I know, because I’ve been there. And I’m guessing you might have too?

Becoming a mum, trying to keep my work life running almost as it had before, spinning every plate. I made it work for a while. But eventually, the compromises piled too high. The pressure, the guilt, the feeling that I was failing at everything – I couldn’t ignore it anymore. The little voice inside kept on mulling it over…

Do I really have to keep proving myself in a system that was never designed for the life I live now?

Perhaps everything I’d built for others was quietly preparing me to build something of my own.

Maybe all those years of creating for others were leading me somewhere new.

So I started digging deep. Slowly, that uncertain energy gave way to clarity. After a few years as a freelance social media manager, my wonderfully squiggly path led me to the world of WordPress web development.
And I haven’t looked back.
